A Visit to Scarborough With Our Students

Saturday! Time to relax and enjoy the weekend. Excellent weather here in the North of England at the moment and some of our students went to Scarborough with Al. Scarborough is so close to York, just an hour by train and there was so much to see! A beautiful park from Victorian times, Scarborough castle, Anne Brontë’s grave, breathtaking views, traditional British seaside fish and chips and of course... the beach! Much fun was had by students from 4 continents, so plenty of English was spoken and heard! Just as well lots of new English had been remembered from the week’s courses.
