Fun and games at Castle Howard!

On Saturday fourteen of us from eight different countries went to Castle Howard. In spite of the chilly winds, hundreds of photographs of the fantastic house, gardens and adventurous travellers were taken by our student photographers! In the play-ground a number of students relived their childhood and gave us all great entertainment.

Freezing cold, we enjoyed the warmth of the cafe for a while before touring the house, which was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Another memorable moment was the superb mini-concert Tatiana and Nasta gave on the grand piano! We caught the last bus back to York and some exhausted people fell asleep on the way (of course the photographers took some final photos of the sleeping beauties!).
