Autumn has arrived! This means two things for us at English in York:
- The weather is getting colder, with all of our students wearing jumpers and coats
- We have lots of new students arriving for the autumn term!
Autumn is a great season to be in York. The months running up to the Christmas period are always very exciting, with lots of events (such as Hallowe'en, Bonfire Night and the Illuminating York festival) and we are delighted to have lots of new students from all over the world to share these wonderful times with!
Enjoy autumn, wherever you are... We hope to see you here sometime soon!
English in York is so busy at the moment! This week we have had students arriving from all over the world, and this is the only the beginning.. August, September and October are set to be our busiest months of the year!
A lot of students are going to Whitby for the day this weekend, to enjoy the sea, sand and probably some fish and chips! We also have the annual barbecue coming up, as well as trips to the cinema, bowling and lots of afternoons spent in the park playing games in the sunshine!
